February Heart

Here's my February ornament! It's a freebie called Folk Heart by Tokens and Trifles. It's on a natural linen, 32 ct. The threads are one strand of DMC 99 (a variegated pink/burgundy) with one strand of DMC Pearlescent Effects #E818 (pale pink).

I know it's hard to see the pearl thread. It didn't have as much glitteriness to it as I would have liked. Maybe this close up will help?

Maybe some Balger blending filament would have been a better choice. Or some beads here and there. Live and learn!
