A lovely tradition from Germany is the Bride's Tree. It is believed that a couple's Christmas tree needs twelve specific ornaments for happiness in their life journey together.
Teresa, Your ornament takes me back to times spent visiting my Granny on the farm. She used canning jars for a lot of things. Thank you for reminding me of a very special lady.
There are 12 themes for ornaments, and you're welcome to pick your own patterns or borrow an idea from someone else. There are no set patterns, only themes. Click here for a full explanation.
