A lovely tradition from Germany is the Bride's Tree. It is believed that a couple's Christmas tree needs twelve specific ornaments for happiness in their life journey together.

This ornie is so adorable!!! The frame is PERFECT, love it!!!
What a sweet tweet! I also like that it combines 4 of the themes - house, heart, bird, and bunny. You could stitch this 4 times. :-)
Beautiful stitching and very clever framing ... I am going to have to try that sometime, myself. One of the reasons I love reading blogs is that there is so much creative cross-fertilization and sharing of ideas.
